About the job

The Project Manager oversees medium- to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. The purpose is to drive successful project outcomes that support Alfa Laval's business objectives and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Oversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.

Candidate Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience, and: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.

Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Physical and Environmental Factors

• Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor.
• Shop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).
• Shop floor: Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
