Qualifications

• Prior nuclear experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify daily labour timesheets for payroll entry.
• Perform payroll duties including submitting timesheets and audit reports.
• Report/audit employees time worked or not worked on projects.
• Prepare internal and external status/turnover reports.
• Handle all administrative and clerical duties for the site team.
• Ensure communications to onboarding staff are delivered and received.
• Track schedules and manage days worked vs days off.
• Coordinate site procurement and deliveries as required.
