Job summary

Henkels & McCoy West is looking for a Project Administrator III to oversee the project life-cycle while ensuring timely reporting and contract-related documents are provided to both management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain accountability, and foster an environment of trust.

Responsibilities include entering purchase requisitions, preparing project invoices, and monitoring Purchase Order spending.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of general office experience.
• Exposure to construction or utility field office is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project life-cycle.
• Set up work orders into the MRP system.
• Review timesheets and submit them to payroll.
• Prepare project invoices.
• Monitor Purchase Order spend.
