Job summary

Henkels & McCoy is seeking a Project Controller I to support budgeting and progress tracking for assigned Regions. You will collect and validate financial data, assist with cost measurements, billing, accounts payable, payroll entries, and fleet utilization, and help ensure compliance with contracts and internal guidelines.

Working under guidance, you’ll contribute to project reporting and analysis, develop reports and charts, and support the PMM framework while building a solid foundation in

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial tools and accounting principles.
• Ability to master WOS and PENTA systems.
• Strong math aptitude and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate financial information related to cost measurement and customer billings.
• Monitor accounts payable, payroll entries, and fleet/equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and internal policies.
• Support project team with data and reporting to aid decision making.
