The role supports the project team and department, coordinating meetings, documentation and client communications with close attention to detail. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced coursework preferred.
• 6+ years of experience providing administrative support in an industrial engineering environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Newforma and MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Microsoft Dynamics Resource Planning and produce reports.
• Prepare project organizational charts and correspondence.
• Prepare mailings, labels and client contact information in Dynamics and Outlook.
• Create and proof technical documents and proposals using technical writing skills.
• Schedule meetings and prepare notes and client/project presentations.
• Provide scanning, copying, faxing and filing for project-related information.
• Maintain professional spaces and tool availability for project teams.
