Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project administration or accounting.
• Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, or project reporting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules and documentation accurate.
• Manage project financials: prepare invoices and track vendor payments.
• Coordinate project meetings and track action items.
