Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Project Administrator to support project accounting and office administration.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting monthly billing, processing contracts and change orders, lien waivers, and maintaining project files while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Strong attention to detail, solid math and reasoning, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential in this fast-paced role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects
• Process project related paperwork to include contracts, change order tracking, and lien waivers, etc.
• Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
• Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
