Job description

Hill International is seeking a Project Administrator with FDOT, CEI, CFX experience in Orlando, Florida

  • Interact with the client
  • Work with multiple (20+) other CFX consultants to review/resolve issues
  • Oversee documents prepared by other consultants, performing reviews and providing approval recommendations to the client
  • Manage Systemwide contracts for CEI, materials testing, and commercial inspection
  • Conduct Independent Assurance/QC of Consultant Inspection personnel and field documentation
  • Perform constructability reviews for upcoming projects
  • Prepare reports and documents for the CFX Board

Qualifications
  • Experience in transportation projects, road and bridge construction
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project administrator on FDOT Projects
  • Knowledge of FDOT specs and pay items
  • CEI experience on FDOT or Turnpike projects is advantageous
  • Experience working in SharePoint is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with other Project Management Information Systems is a plus
  • Understanding of contract changes, Work Orders, and Supplemental Agreements
