MEP Construction Firm is looking for a Project Administrator in San Francisco, CA. This is a direct hire role with a hybrid schedule and a compensation range noted below. The salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, and offers a hybrid schedule.

The Project Administrator will provide general project management, organizational, and administrative support to the project team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to multi-task. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and follow-through are essential.
The role also serves as the quality assurance administrator for projects in the portfolio. The majority of time is expected to be billable to projects. The Project Administrator will provide backup to other PAs/administrators as needed and will work closely with Project Managers on project-specific tasks and issues.
