The Project Administrative Coordinator will provide on-site administrative support for a large-scale data center construction project. This position is based on-site in Abilene, TX full-time.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, employment documentation, and personnel files.
Manage I-9, E-Verify, and compliance-related employment records.Distribute hiring, benefits, and payroll-related materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and resources.
Provide administrative support including visitor reception, meeting coordination, data entry, reporting, and SharePoint management.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
Manage badge issuance, visitor access, catering, and office logistics.
Generate and maintain HR and business reports.Track and manage project-related budgets and expenses.
Perform additional HR and administrative support duties as needed.
