Reporting to the Medical Manager, the Medical Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the onsite medical clinic. This role is responsible for coordinating clinic activities, maintaining records and documentation, supporting scheduling and reporting efforts, managing administrative processes, and serving as a liaison between the medical team, safety organization, project leadership, and external partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring clinic operations run efficiently by supporting administrative functions, coordinating resources, maintaining data and records, and assisting with workforce health and safety initiatives.
