Kiewit Building Group in the Washington, DC area seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead performance across commercial construction projects and maintain direct client relations. You will oversee estimation and manage multiple project teams throughout preconstruction and construction.
The role requires 15+ years in vertical construction, a bachelor’s in engineering or related fields, and strong leadership and communication skills. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will work with various Project Management team members from different projects to manage the overall performance for commercial construction projects and have direct client relations responsibility. You will also provide an oversight of the estimation and complete project management of multiple project teams.
Kiewit Building Group specializes in vertical construction, we build office buildings, industrial complexes, education and sports facilities, hotels, hospitals, transportation terminals, government buildings, science and technology facilities, retail and special-use facilities, and extensive interior construction with tenant improvements. Our capabilities include all facets of construction and engineering including general contracting, construction management, design-build, design-assist and turn-key project development.
This position will be based out of our Regional office in Springfield, VA (Washington D.C). Regional travel will be required.

Other Requirements:
Base Compensation:$200,000/yr-$275,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
