Job summary

Solarpro Holding, part of Renalfa Solarpro Group, seeks a proactive Project Administration Coordinator to back the Project Management team on utility-scale PV, BESS, and grid connection projects across Germany. Primarily office-based, you will regularly visit project sites, coordinate with authorities, municipalities and service providers, and manage logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of EPC/renewable energy support experience, native German at C1, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in EPC, infrastructure or renewable energy project support.
  • Native German or German language proficiency at C1 level - mandatory.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers.
  • Coordinate communication with local authorities, municipalities, utility companies and public institutions.
  • Support permitting and administrative approval processes.
  • Coordinate suppliers, service providers and logistics.
  • Organize travel, accommodation and vehicle rentals.
  • Support procurement, documentation and document control.
  • Organize meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain action trackers and reporting.
  • Support subcontractor onboarding.
  • Visit project sites when required.
  • Support client meetings and local stakeholder engagement.
  • Support multiple projects and local administrative activities in Germany.

Currently we are looking for a proactive, highly organized and service-oriented Project Administration Coordinator to support the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Grid Connection projects across Germany. The role serves as the primary local administrative and operational support for the Project Management team, coordinating communication with local authorities, municipalities, suppliers, service providers and stakeholders. Although primarily office-based, regular visits to project sites across Germany are required.

Main responsibilities:

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Previous EPC, infrastructure or renewable energy project support experience;
  • Native German or German language proficiency at C1 level - mandatory;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Valid driving licence;
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany;
  • Highly organized;

The following qualifications would be considered an advantage:
  • Renewable energy experience;
  • Knowledge of German administrative and permitting procedures;

  • FIDIC experience;
  • Experience working in an international environment.
