Solarpro Holding, part of Renalfa Solarpro Group, seeks a proactive Project Administration Coordinator to back the Project Management team on utility-scale PV, BESS, and grid connection projects across Germany. Primarily office-based, you will regularly visit project sites, coordinate with authorities, municipalities and service providers, and manage logistics.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of EPC/renewable energy support experience, native German at C1, and strong MS Office

Currently we are looking for a proactive, highly organized and service-oriented Project Administration Coordinator to support the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Grid Connection projects across Germany. The role serves as the primary local administrative and operational support for the Project Management team, coordinating communication with local authorities, municipalities, suppliers, service providers and stakeholders. Although primarily office-based, regular visits to project sites across Germany are required.
