YOUR TASKS

• You manage procurement activities in international renewable projects (e.g., wind, PV, BESS) as (partial) project manager.
• You develop and implement sustainable supplier strategies – data-driven and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• You analyze procurement markets, identify risks early, and derive appropriate measures.
• You continuously optimize the supplier portfolio with a focus on performance.
• You conduct complex contract negotiations (supply & maintenance contracts) and are responsible for their conclusion.
• You drive end-to-end procurement processes and ensure transparency and efficiency along the supply chain.
• You act as a sparring partner for departments and build reliable relationships with international suppliers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in economics, law, energy technology, or a comparable commercial education with relevant additional qualifications.
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement in renewable energies – ideally in substations/transformers and/or BESS, PV, or WEA.
• Alternatively, several years of experience in renewable energies in related areas such as project management, finance, or sales with a strong procurement focus.
• Proven competence in negotiating complex contracts and large procurement volumes.
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial perspective, and enthusiasm for actively shaping and challenging things.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
• Very good German and English skills.
