Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable in projects or construction is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Accounts Payable activities for the project invoices.
• Maintain accurate project approver groups and routing in the workflow tool.
• Prepare and review project AP hold reports and resolve holds quickly.
• Coordinate with Service Center AP to ensure timely payments.
• Partner with Project Management, Procurement, and Project Controls.
