Position: Project Accounting Manager

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of finance and accounting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business level controls.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standardized forms/templates to streamline accounting transactions across departments.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a tool to track inventory of supplies so that General Managers understand when they need to purchase additional inventory.
• Work with operations team to support ordering and tracking of supplies.
• Responsible for the administrative level role with purchasing systems (HD Supply).
• Liaise with the marketing team on new initiatives and ensure that finance process is set up.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of a tool to track house account billing and payments.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of a tool to track tax accruals and payments.
• Support current ongoing projects including fixed assets and intercompany clean-up.
• Review assigned reconciliations prepared by IQ on a monthly basis.
• Provide information and support to auditors when requested.
• Support finance team with ad-hoc requests as needed.

General Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the industry or related industry as an accounting professional.
• Willingness to learn and collaborative team member.
• Bachelor's degree required in related skill set area.
• Ability to travel to office locations on occasion for training, team building, site visits, etc.
