Job summary

• Senior-level experience in project accounting/financing for capital programs.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with CAPEX management and cost control.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, or large-scale development preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Ideal Background

• Senior-level experience in Project Accounting, Project Finance, Capital Finance, or similar.
• Strong accounting and financial management background.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects.
• Hospitality, resorts, theme parks, attractions, entertainment, or other large-scale development experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional project and executive teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
