ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator to join our Fort Mill, SC team. The role supports multiple locations and focuses on accurate project costing, invoicing, and GAAP-compliant revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include setting up projects in Unanet, maintaining project life cycles, budgeting support, and generating reports for project teams and management. Collaboration with PMs and finance is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team environment and be proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, POs, and proposals to determine work breakdown structure and appropriate revenue recognition methods.
• Set up and review projects in Unanet per guidelines.
• Maintain project life cycle based on contract changes.
• Assist project managers with budgeting and provide reports to the project team and management.
• Provide unbilled billing detail and draft invoices per monthly cutoff schedules.
