Job summary

LHH is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst in Redmond, WA to support an Accounts Payable team and apply expertise in deciding when to expense vs capitalize. This role is in-office, 8am to 5pm, five days a week.

You will work with the Senior Finance Manager and another Analyst, using SAP S/4HANA to streamline CapEx and AP processes, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and drive month-end close. This direct hire offers strong benefits and growth visibility.

Qualifications

• SaaS accounting and when to capitalize expenses is critical.
• Ability to perform 3-way AP match.
• Diplomacy when presenting to SVP-level leaders.
• Record keeping with General Ledger and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• 50% streamline CapEx and AP processes.
• 30% forecasting and budgeting.
• 20% month-end close.
