Job description

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) supports the Director of FP&A in month-end close activities, financial and operational reporting, and analysis. This role is primarily responsible for capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting and analysis and supports ad hoc projects requested by senior management. The position works closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and distribute capital expenditure reports following month-end close.
  • Review and analyze capital expenditure budgets and variances.
  • Review and analyze internal construction projects.
  • Prepare and validate month-end data used in monthly Board presentations.
  • Support month-end close processes and ongoing financial and operational reporting.
  • Assist with special projects and analyses as requested by senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
