Job summary

LHH is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst in Redmond, WA to support an Accounts Payable team and apply expertise in deciding when to expense vs capitalize. This role is in-office, 8am to 5pm, five days a week.

You will work with the Senior Finance Manager and another Analyst, using SAP S/4HANA to streamline CapEx and AP processes, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and drive month-end close. This direct hire offers strong benefits and growth visibility.

Qualifications

• SaaS accounting and when to capitalize expenses is critical.
• Ability to perform 3-way AP match.
• Diplomacy when presenting to SVP-level leaders.
• Record keeping with General Ledger and journal entries.

LHH is recruiting for a Project Accounting Analyst who is strong with operational excellence on an Accounts Payable Team and knowing when to expense vs capitalize.

Office Location: Redmond, WA

Worksite Type/Schedule/Time zone: 5 days in office. 8am to 5pm with some flexibility.

Position Title: Project Accounting Analyst

Compensation: $90k to $105k

Team Description: You'll be working with another Project Accounting Analyst and both reporting up to the Senior Finance Manager. You will be looked to as the Subject Matter Expert regarding Accounting.
