Certerra is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Accountant for our Rancho Cucamonga, CA office. The role focuses on accounts receivable, invoicing, project setup, and reporting to support the Subsurface Division.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable – track accounts, recover outstanding payments, contact clients, update database, alert supervisors.
• Develop relationships with clients to ensure positive experience with RMA.
• Draft, audit, send and revise invoices.
• Setup projects (including lien notices, forms, etc.).
• Create project reports and meet assigned deadlines.
• Support the Project Managers and Business Manager with additional tasks.
