Responsibilities

• Handle client invoicing, collections management and project budgeting
• Backup assistance on coding and processing accounts payable, time sheets and expense reports
• Maintain contract documentation and budget entries
• Provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues
• Coordinate the project accounting system with the department and ensure contractual compliance
• Support multiple project managers and staff daily
