Qualifications

• General administrative duties and maintaining accurate project document records.
• Assisting and supporting the project team with accounting and billing processes.
• Maintaining organization and timely communication across project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process all material and subcontractor invoices for approval and inputs into the accounting system.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and communicate irregularities to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and file liens, notices, and certifications as required.
• Manage AP/AR processes and payroll for hourly employees.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and project closeout tasks.
