Holland Partner Group's corporate office in downtown Vancouver, Washington, seeks a collaborative GL Accountant to join our accounting team. You will manage a full range of GL duties for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of GL accounting, a bachelor’s in accounting preferred, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or MRI experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Salary range: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour.
Holland is seeking a collaborative and experienced GL accounting professional, with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines to join our dedicated accounting team at our corporate office in downtown Vancouver, Washington. The GL Accountant is responsible for managing a full range of accounting duties for their assigned properties in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting strongly preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in general ledger accounting required, with specified experience in the property management industry strongly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting may be considered in lieu of some experience.
