Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in architecture or professional services environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Deltek, or Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Project Managers and Principals to provide financial insights.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and propose solutions.
• Explain revenue, costs, profitability, and forecasts to teams.
• Manage project setup, contracts, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Monitor performance, plans vs. actuals, and estimates at completion.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate invoicing and collections.
