Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience preferred.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, design, professional services, or other project-based environments preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings to nonfinancial audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Deltek, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Project Managers and Studio Principals, providing financial insights that support informed decisions.
• Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, bringing solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
• Help project teams understand revenue, costs, direct labor multiplier, profitability, work-in-progress, and forecasts through guidance and training.
• Manage project setup, contracts, revenue recognition, subconsultant management, and ongoing project maintenance.
• Monitor project performance, including plan-vs-actual results, estimates at completion, and profitability.
• Partner with project teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and collections.
