Job summary

SAVOYE NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Project Accountant to partner with the finance and operations teams. You will track project costs, support revenue recognition, and provide financial visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in the ERP migration to Epicor Kinetic, configuring workflows, validating data, and training users. This is a high-visibility role with growth potential in the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with project or cost accounting exposure.
• Working knowledge of percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and WIP accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and extracting data from an ERP environment.
• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain financial records for all active projects with cost tracking.
• Support monthly revenue recognition and POC calculations per GAAP.
• Analyze project labor, subcontractor, material costs, and overhead allocations.
• Prepare project financial reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Assist in ERP implementation and go-live workflows.
