Keller North America is seeking a Project Accountant to support project cost reporting, revenue recognition, and financial controls across multiple projects. You will partner with project managers, field operations, and finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial information from setup through closeout.

You will lead month-end close, assist with audits, and drive continuous process improvement while maintaining strong internal controls and exceptional internal service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CCIFP designation is a plus.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
• Experience with project accounting, job cost accounting, financial reporting, and monthly close.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 or ASC 606 revenue recognition preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).

Aufgaben

• Own job cost integrity: cost capture, coding, and alignment to contract scope.
• Manage revenue recognition and changes in contracts (IFRS 15/ASC 606).
• Oversee billings, collections, and AR performance to support cash flow.
• Lead month-end close at branch level with accruals and reconciliations.
• Provide variance analysis and performance commentary for regional reviews.
