Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the financial management of projects through lifecycle stages.
• Prepare client invoices in line with contracts and policies.
• Review and maintain contract documentation and project budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecast variances.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with project setup, changes, and financial transactions.
• Generate project financial reports and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, and Project Controls.
