You will process owner invoices and payments, maintain project cost data, and generate routine financial reports with variance analysis to inform project decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project accounting or financial management.
• Strong skills in project cost monitoring, billing and payment processes, financial record maintenance, and variance analysis.

• Process project-related owner invoices and manage owner and trade payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain detailed project financial records including budgets, costs, and billings.
• Prepare routine and non-routine financial reports and assist with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve standard accounting questions and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and assist with process improvements.
