Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled project accounting professional to support the financial health of our projects in California. You will ensure accurate accounting, timely processing of invoices, and adherence to established procedures while monitoring budgets and tracking costs.

You will prepare routine and non-routine financial reports, assist with variance analysis, collaborate with project teams to resolve questions, and help with month-end and year-end close activities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project accounting or related financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process project owner invoices and manage payments to ensure timely transactions.
• Maintain detailed project financial records and track budgets.
• Prepare routine and non-routine financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
