This Manhattan-based residential owner/developer has an established and growing portfolio of multi-family properties throughout the boroughs.

They are currently looking for a Construction/Development Project Accountant to join their New York office and help with the financial management and oversight of multiple residential conversion/development projects.

Responsibilities include setting up job costings for existing properties, preparing monthly bank/equity draw packages, submitting draw packages, interacting with bank and JV partners, and entering and recording invoices in Yardi.

They are looking for circa 4‑8 years' experience in development and/or construction accounting, experience in Yardi and, ideally, a degree in Accounting. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management, who is also diligent and thorough.

This is a great opportunity for a construction-focused accountant to broaden their skillset with development accounting responsibilities - or for a development accountant to continue their career with an established and stable real estate firm.

Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
