This Manhattan-based, family office-backed residential developer has an established and growing portfolio of multi-family properties throughout the boroughs.

They are currently looking for a Senior Development/Project Accountant to join their New York office and help with the financial management and oversight of multiple residential conversion/development projects.

This role will also be responsible for the wider project accounting function, building out the team and structure as they start more projects.

They are looking for circa 5-10 years' experience in development accounting and, ideally, a degree in Accounting. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management, who is also diligent, thorough and excited about the prospect of growing a team.
