Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Accountant/Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA to support the accounting and document-control needs of our commercial construction projects. This role on-site collaborates with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.

You will manage preliminary notices, releases, certified payroll tracking, and insurance documentation (OCIP/CCIP), while maintaining cost control and compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and document control for construction projects.
• Knowledge of preliminary notices, releases, and certified payroll.
• Familiarity with insurance programs OCIP/CCIP and labor compliance.
• Experience with AIA progress billings.
