Qualifications

• Strong general ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close processes.
• Construction accounting experience.
• Project accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.
• Experience with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience managing change orders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage project accounting activities for multiple construction projects.
• Monitor and report Work in Progress (WIP).
• Apply Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting methodologies.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
• Track and process project change orders and their financial impact.
• Prepare and analyze project cost reports and support operational teams.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and create reports.
