Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of procurement processes.

Ability to meet monthly closing and project deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the financial gatekeeper for project revenues, costs, and margins.
Provide project finance support, oversight, and analysis to local offices and the region.
Ensure project setup complies with GAAP and finance guidelines.
Review project forecasts and revenue/cost recognition under GAAP.
Prepare and issue client invoices and assist with collections.
Analyze project risks and suggest profitability improvements.
Track project labor, expenses, and travel; advise on budgets.
Support month-end close and KPI tracking across the firm.
