  • Generate timely reports on actual and projected project financials across various contract types, sizes, and scopes; review results with financial and operational leadership.
  • Oversee project setup to ensure compliance with established accounting standards and internal processes.
  • Prepare monthly WIP schedules, JCRs, and budgets for internal operational teams; lead initial review discussions.
  • Demonstrate mid-level financial acumen by analyzing the financial impact of operational business decisions; provide recommendations.
  • Read, review, and interpret construction contract language to identify potential change orders and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Monitor inventory levels in relation to monthly construction production to support WIP reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
