Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Project Accountant with a company that is in major growth mode. There is a lot of opportunity for growth! This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. Duties:

• Project Accountant will prepare and review actual and projected project financials; Collaborate with financial and operational leadership
• Oversee project setup to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
• Generate monthly schedules, and budgets; Lead initial reviews with operational teams
• Analyze financial impacts of operational decisions and provide actionable insights
• Interpret construction contract language to identify change orders and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• As a Project Accountant, you will monitor inventory levels in relation to monthly construction production reporting
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance required
• Must be systems savvy
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
