Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant for a fast-growing construction-industry client on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive GL accounting experience in a project-based environment and familiarity with cost-plus and job-cost processes.

Experience with lien waivers, COIs, and lien management is required, along with CIP or WIP billing. Proficiency with Sage 300, Procore, TimberScan, or Textura is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of overall GL accounting experience.
• Two plus years of accounting in the Construction industry.
• Cost plus accounting, job cost experience required.
• Lien compliance experience required (waivers, COIs, liens).
• CIP or WIP billing experience required.
• Experience with one of these software's highly preferred- Sage 300, Procore, TimberScan, or Textura.

• Five plus years of overall GL accounting experience
• Two plus years of accounting in the Construction industry
• Cost plus accounting, job cost experience required
• Lien compliance experience required (waivers, COIs, liens)
• CIP or WIP billing experience required
• Experience with one of these three software's highly preferred- Sage 300, Procore, TimberScan, or Textura
