Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Accountant to join our local office. You will perform monthly financial analysis, revenue recognition, and billing processes in MIS, coordinating with project managers across disciplines. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required.

Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Accountant to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position.


Responsibilities


  • Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition

  • Work with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines

  • Meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis

  • Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system

  • Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing

  • Contract management and review

  • Monthly travel to other offices within the region
