Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant in New York City on site to support cost control on high-value construction projects and provide timely financial insight to leadership.

You will manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across multiple jobs, prepare cost reports and variance analyses, oversee AIA invoicing and WIP schedules, and partner with project managers to ensure accurate reporting using Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project accounting experience in construction.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Deltek, or Timberline.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and construction billing (AIA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

Salary: $100-115k base plus bonus
