Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Associate degrees welcomed.
• Experience with Reconciliations within the construction industry.
• MS Excel knowledge.

• Handle a portfolio of projects - work on pre-development to last dollar of project.
• Responsible for account reconciliations.
• Responsible for AP, AR, and reconciliations for each project.
• Provide recommendations to leadership about status of projects and improvements.
