Job summary

RallyX is seeking a diligent Project Accountant to support our accounting division with routine financial tasks. This onsite role requires accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn as you grow in accounting processes.

You will enter invoices, assist with AP/AR, organize records, and help with month-end close under supervision, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate for internal review and approvals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experience.
• High school diploma; additional education or certification in accounting is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review.
