Job summary

RallyX, Inc. is seeking a diligent Project Accountant to support our accounting team in a structured office environment in Jacksonville, FL.

You will enter invoices, assist with AP/AR, organize records, reconcile vendor statements, and help with month-end close. Strong Excel skills and 1–3 years’ experience required; on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
• 1–3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in our office

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systems
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review
• Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
