Job summary

RallyX seeks a diligent Project Accountant to support our accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years in office or accounting support, with basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into accounting systems.

• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review.
• Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.

We are seeking a team member to support our accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions. What You Need
