Job summary

RallyX is seeking a Project Accountant to support routine financial and administrative functions in a structured setting. You will enter invoices, assist AP/AR, and help organize financial records in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting support experience, a high school diploma, and onsite work in Jacksonville, FL, with growth opportunities in accounting systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of accounting support experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office tools.
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systems
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review
• Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
