Based in Glendale, CA, you will handle project setup in Viewpoint, process monthly billings, and maintain subcontractor certificates of insurance, bonds and related documentation,

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting including contracts, change orders, and billing.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and subcontractor compliance.

• Request and maintain project bond and insurance policies
• Create subcontractor contracts
• Responsible for subcontractor compliance and insurance requirements
