AG SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support project accounting, billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting in a fast-paced construction environment. This in-person role focuses on ensuring project expenses are recorded accurately and budgets are maintained.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track project costs, expenses, and budgets.
• Prepare customer invoices and project billing.
• Review vendor invoices and verify job numbers and expense coding.
• Monitor project budgets versus actual costs. Reconcile general ledger accounts and project balances.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end adjustments.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project accounting records.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the Accounting team.
• Identify and resolve billing or cost discrepancies.
