The role requires reading blueprints, at least 1 year of press operator experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Strong math, safety awareness, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and control plans.
• Minimum 1 year of press operator experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math for measurements (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Strong safety awareness in a manufacturing setting.
• Set up/operate progressive stamping presses.
• Ability to work without immediate supervision.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate progressive stamping presses to meet customer specifications.
• Complete production paperwork and quality checks.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as required and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Inspect, package, and document finished orders.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; maintain logs of outputs, waste, and downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in training opportunities.
